"오피스 스톡"(패키지명: cohttp://m.octsun.secretstock.ticker.widget, 이하 "본 앱")은 직장인을 위한 미니멀 주식·암호화폐 시세 확인 앱입니다.
주요 기능:
- 한국(KRX), 미국, 글로벌 주식 및 암호화폐 실시간 시세 표시
- 스텔스, 시계, 가계부, 메모, 음악 플레이어, 날씨, 내 배경 등 다양한 위장 테마를 통한 간결한 시세 확인
- 글자 크기, 색상, 가격 표시 방식 등 세밀한 커스텀 설정
제2조 (개인정보 처리)
2.1 개인정보 수집
본 앱은 사용자의 이름, 전화번호, 이메일, 위치 정보 등 개인 식별 정보를 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다.
2.2 로컬 데이터 저장
아래 데이터는 사용자의 기기에만 로컬로 저장되며 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다
- 관심 종목 목록 및 커스텀 라벨
- 테마 설정 (색상, 글자 크기, 위치 등)
- 앨범에서 선택한 배경 이미지
* 중요: 로컬 저장 데이터(크레딧 포함)는 앱 삭제 시 영구 삭제되며, 개발자가 복구할 수 없습니다.
2.3 네트워크 요청
본 앱은 시세 데이터 수신 목적으로만 인터넷에 연결합니다
- 네이버 금융 API — 국내 주식 시세 조회
- Yahoo Finance API — 미국 주식 시세 조회 및 종목 검색
- 업비트 Public API — 암호화폐 원화 시세 조회
- Binance Public API — 암호화폐 시세 조회 (폴백)
* 사용자 데이터는 전송되지 않으며, 종목 코드만 전달하여 시세를 수신합니다.
2.4 제3자 서비스
- Google AdMob: 무료 버전에서 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 ID 및 기기 정보가 Google에 수집될 수 있습니다.

- Google Play Billing: PRO 구독 결제에 사용됩니다. 결제 정보는 Google Play에서 안전하게 처리되며, 개발자가 접근할 수 없습니다.
2.5 권한
- 인터넷(INTERNET): 주식·암호화폐 시세 데이터 수신에 필요합니다.
* 본 앱은 연락처, 카메라, 마이크, 위치 정보에 대한 접근 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
제3조 (구독 및 크레딧)
- 무료 버전: 종목 3개, 5분 고정 갱신, 기본 테마만 제공, 광고 포함
- PRO 구독 (월 ₩9,900): 종목 15개, 30초~10분 갱신 간격 선택, 전체 테마 해금, 광고 제거
- 구독은 Google Play를 통해 관리되며, Google Play 설정에서 언제든 해지 가능합니다.
제4조 (데이터 삭제)
본 앱은 외부 서버에 개인 데이터를 저장하지 않으므로, 앱 삭제 시 모든 로컬 데이터(관심 종목, 설정, 크레딧, 이미지)가 영구 삭제됩니다.
제3자 서비스(AdMob, Google Play)와 관련된 데이터 삭제를 원하시면 아래 이메일로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.
제5조 (면책 조항)
- 본 앱의 시세 데이터는 정보 제공 목적이며, 투자 조언이 아닙니다.
- 주식 시세는 최대 15분 지연될 수 있으며, 실시간 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다.
- 본 앱에 표시된 데이터를 기반으로 한 투자 결정에 대해 개발자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 앱 삭제, 기기 변경, 시스템 오류 등으로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 개발자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제6조 (약관 변경)
본 약관은 새로운 기능 추가 시 변경될 수 있으며, 최종 업데이트 날짜가 함께 수정됩니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. Service Descriptio
Office Stock is a minimal stock and cryptocurrency price viewer designed for workplace use.
Features include:
- Real-time stock and cryptocurrency price display
- Discreet disguise themes: Stealth, Clock, Ledger, Memo, Music Player, Weather, and Custom Background
- Visual customization options including font size, color, and price display formats
- Support for Korean (KRX), US, and global markets
2. Privacy Policy (Data Collection)
2.1 Personal Data
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, phone number, email, or location to any external servers.
2.2 Local Data Storage
The following data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to external servers:
- Your watchlist (selected tickers and custom settings)
- Theme customization settings (colors, font size, positions)
- Custom background images selected from your photo album
* Important: All locally stored data, including credits, will be permanently lost if the App is uninstalled.
The developer cannot recover this data.
2.3 Network Requests
The App connects to the internet solely to fetch market price data:
- Naver Finance API — Korean stock price quotes
- Yahoo Finance API — US stock price quotes and ticker search
- Upbit Public API — Cryptocurrency KRW price quotes
- Binance Public API — Cryptocurrency price quotes (fallback)
* No user data is sent with these requests. Only ticker symbols are transmitted to retrieve prices.
2.4 Third-Party Services
- Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements in the free version. AdMob may collect device identifiers (Advertising ID) and usage data to serve ads.
* See Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
- Google Play Billing: Used for in app purchases (Pro subscription, credit packages). Payment information is handled securely by Google Play and is not accessible to the developer.
2.5 Permissions
- INTERNET: Required to fetch stock/crypto price data from financial APIs.
* The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or location.
3. Subscription & Credits
- Free version: Up to 3 tickers, 5-minute fixed refresh interval, basic themes only, ads included
- PRO Subscription (₩9,900/month): Up to 15 tickers, 30-second to 10-minute refresh interval, all themes unlocked, no ads
- Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and can be cancelled at any time via Google Play settings.
4. Data Deletion
Since no personal data is stored on external servers, data deletion is accomplished by uninstalling the App. All local data (watchlist, settings, credits, images) will be permanently removed.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The App provides market data for informational purposes only. It is not financial advice.
- Price data may be delayed (typically 15 minutes for stocks). The developer does not guarantee real-time accuracy.
- The developer is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data displayed in the App.
- The developer is not liable for data loss caused by app uninstallation, device changes, or system errors.
6. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as new features are added. The "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
